It happens that I bought the mosquito bat 🏸 from your sales rep at Egbeda, Lagos. He told me to put in charge when getting home with I did do for the period I was told to do, but fortunately it not charging. So I abandoned it one side till I get to check it out a day before yesterday and found out that the battery is removable. So check on the battery cells myself and it’s dead.
So how do I get a new battery for my mosquito bat as I would love to make use of it at least, since I bought it I haven’t make use of it for once 🤷♂️

we bought too lontor rechargeable fans and it doesn’t last at all, the small one that is supposed to last for 8 hours only last for two hours, the standing fan only last for 3/4 hours instead of 36 hours as written on the carton… this is a regrettable purchase sincerely because its not serving purpose at all.. we still have the cartons, its barely two months of purchase

Since 3 days ago, exactly one week that I bought it, the Fan started showing red flashes light once you put it on in the night even after changing and goes off in less than 2 minutes. Also once you plugs it to charge, the indicator light shows green and won’t change to another color.

Charging problem
I have a Lontor rechargeable standing fan CTL-CF058R-16,which I bought from justrite on 12/8/2023… Ever since I got it I have been having issues with the fan don’t know if there’s a fault with it changing or the battery, I have changed the battery 2x now and still the same issue and also tried using different chargers for it still having same fault. Each time I plug in the charger under 2min it shows battery full and the fan doesn’t last up to 1hr please I need help.

Okay what model battery you changed and if you buy new batteries charging for 8 hours before using showing green light means full right.. charging for 8 hours first.. and used it with battery only .. check how many hours it will last you … If the battery is low .. charging 8 hours again and used with battery check will last you .
Then, we can know where the fault is coming from thanks

MALFUNCTIONING OF THE 2 RECHARGABLE LONTOR18" FANS I BOUGHT LESS THAN A YEAR AGO

Date of purchase: 5th, March, 2024.
I bought 2 Lontor rechargeable 18-inches fans in January and March 2024 respectively through Jumia, and both are now losing speed intermittently as they work. one of them actually stops and restart on its own while working, while the 2nd one loses and regain speeds while working.
I done know what could cause the problems and how it can be redressed, please.

Warranty on the item is 6 months sir
It might be battery issue.. The problem may be from the fan neck cable.. that’s means ur fan is working increasing and decreased while working right if I’m not wrong ..? Or your fan work doesn’t not last long?
When I bought the fan, I was told that the warranty period is 1 year. But that’s not the issue now if you say its 6 months.
all I need is how or where to get the problem solved, and I will pay for the repairs please

Its not battery issue because its also like that, even now that its working on PHCN. I have electricity for at least 20hrs in my house now and it’s still like that.
One of the two fans actually works and stops, and works again, while the 2nd one works increasing and decreasing in speed without stopping.
I want it corrected and I will pay.
