Most of the goods supplied are under warranty for 3 months depending on the exact type/class of goods in question. Goods delivered in good condition are not returnable except in the case of warranty allows. The warranty condition only, supersede any other agreement the customer has with Bezai Services. However, this is subject to the warranty period on the specific good procured. Each case will be accessed on it’s own merit for a cost free repair. Shipping/Freight :- The cost of shipping/freight if any, will be borne by customer.
my rechargeable table fan model cf026-12 when I charge it take only one hour to charge and it does not last long it will just work for 30min or an hour nd get off i bought it at ShopRite sango otta on the 5th October 2023 I need to know what going on cos the weather is too hot for now

My Lontor 18-inch Rechargeable Standing Fan – White CTL-CF034-18-C battery does not last longer than one hour on the lowest function. I bought it in March 2024 in Abuja. Does the warranty cover the battery?
